Lets mention your identity. What’s your identity and is there a problem people to think of if they think about you, or also after they think about your specialty are they pondering you?

Are you currently trying to be everything to everybody and seeking to be as much as possible to all people? If this describes true you happen to be not building a good name for yourself and never differentiating yourself from your crowd. You are just another face inside a crowded marketplace. You are merely another salesman promoting their wares. Individuals don’t respect somebody who they perceive to become only a salesman.

This reminds me of GE under Jack Welch. Jack Welch did not want GE in a business which they cannot be #1 or #2 in the market.
